Can some one help me with a sample which shows how to use RecordSet(FeatureSet without Geometries) as an input for a GP using ArcGIS Javascript API.

You can look at the sample provided by ESRI on Tutorial DVD. if you stalled it. it's under %arcgis\ArcTutor\GP Service Examples\ClipAndShip. Specifically look at the clipUsingLayerTable script and models. Basically, RecordSet in GP is a registered table that resides in Geodatabase or a layer table on the mxd that you can interact with.
