Missing data in Popups

Question

Using 2.4, I have popups on sublayers from a secure (token-based) Map service. The first few times I click on a feature I get all of the information. After that, the popup for a feature only displays the title and none of the fields. Any ideas? Thanks.

This is a known bug in the Flex Viewer 2.4 and has a workaround:

Mine are not secure but im having the same problems.
