We have point Feature Layer but I can not display offline labels .Here is below exception :
E Runtime Core: Geodatabase exception thrown in Feature_source_layer::Feature_source_layer_label_data_source::get_next_feature() - "",

Can you please provide some more details, like the version of the SDK you are using, the code that is throwing that exception, details about the data, etc?
