I can see from some earlier posts that this question has been asked before, but I'm wondering if there have been any changes for including some labeling functionality to Operations Dashboard.

Labels are supported in the browser operation view and are also supported in the new beta as well. They are not supported in the desktop app due to a known limitation in WPF.
