How to copy features w/ attachments from one hosted feature service to another?

I would like to copy data from one hosted feature service to another and maintain attachments. Creating a local copy in arcmap does not seem to hold attachments.

Any suggestions?

ArcGIS Pro maintains attachments with append.

Hi Tucker,

I had exactly the same issue, after creating an AGOL application that uses database attachments I realized that these attachment are not copied to one SDE instance to another in SDE 10.2. This functionality is available in ArcGIS 10.5.
