I am trying to organise our City Data into the Canadian Municipal Data Model; I am trying to populate the from/to fields for the pipe networks and none of the data dictionaries or readme's seem to indicate if those fields should be populated with the Manhole FacilityID or the ObjectID or something else. Is there a good tutorial or information package on the model for people getting started?
