My Government Services - Address Search

Is there a way to do address search without comma separator in My Government Services? For example, can we use just one line of address "2200 Harnish Drive Algonquin IL 60102" instead of adding comma between address, city, state, and zip "2200 Harnish Drive, Algonquin, IL, 60102"? I think users are so familiar with web search without comma. If it cannot be used with ESRI geocoding service, is there a way to use bing map geocoding service in this application? In Bing map, you can type without comma but will find the address. It will be very helpful for the public users.

We're removing the comma separated addresses in the next release of the My Government Services application. The new release will be a HTML5/ Javascript application that supports access on desktop PCs, tablet devices and smartphones.

This release will be available the first week of November.

Is the change being made to the address locator functionality or just that particular application? If it just that application, please write the code so it�??s �??easy�?� to take and customize other application templates.

We will actually be working this fall to incorporate this new search functionality in all of the Javascript apps. The new search functionality will include: autocomplete, rooftop geocoding, UI changes, content changes (ex. remove commas from address and better sample addresses) and we're also looking in to the ability to add your own locators. Our goal is to ship these updates in the January release. If you have other suggestions for the search functionality, we'd be glad to consider it.

Is there a way to make the City State and Zip all as default so the user doesn't have to type them in? For example since Bartlett only has one zip code, it'd be nice for users to only have to type in "228 S Main St" not "228 S Main St, Bartlett, IL 60103". It'd also be great if the application could elimiate the zip or automatically add it since most searches don't require that field.
