Error in "Elevation Profile" Feature

Question

Hi, when I try to use the elevation profile feature in my SL desktop application, a pop up window stops the execution of the service.

The same pop up appears when trying to use the service directly from the API web page.

Please see the attachment for the error message. Can you provide any assistance?

Lance is right, the service was experiencing issues yesterday.

This has now been fixed at server side.

I guess the service is experiencing issues.  Any word on this, ESRI?
