New Updated Utlity Network Models

Does anyone know when in 2017 the New Network Utility Models will be available ? And how many currently are  using Arc Desktop 10.4.1 ? Just a wondering how the 10.4.1 enterprise geodatabase stuff in sql will migrate over to the new Utility Models. Any thoughts
