We need a widget for vehicle and fleet monitoring, that enables client-side track interpolation and animation (tweening) of vehicle positions between GPS updates. Currently, ArcGIS Velocity provides intermittent updates for Streaming Layers but vehicles do not have smooth animation from one position to the next and jump along the road.
