[Urgent] Pre-defined Offline area downloading fails after a few weeks

Hello,

We have an offline area generated within Field Maps designer with no schedule to update. and it seems like that we fail to download it after a few weeks since it was generated.

The error code is like this.

Hey @KerryKang

With ArcGIS Online, it may be less of a chance, but I've hit that limit, many many times, and it's caused quite a myriad of issues on my side unfortunately.

Hi @KerryKang , was the download of this offline area working previously, ie when the Offline area was first generated? Do you know if you can create and take an on-demand Area offline directly in Field Maps using this same Web Map?

It is worth double checking the replica list as suggested although it would be quite surprising if you were hitting a limit here.

Hi Cody! thank you for your comment. I use ArcGIS Online though. Do you think it's still related to the capacity of creating replicas?
