Hi @Y_Chau,

We will be introducing a new Project Management pattern in the upcoming 3.0 release on desktop. For now, these projects are managed locally.

Is your expectation something closer to publish/editing a Web Scene from an ArcGIS Earth Project?

Yes, that's what I wish. At present one can add data layers from AGOL but cannot save the work back to AGOL. It is more like the old Google Earth where everything stayed on the machine.
