Just downloaded and installed 30 day trial version but getting this error message

did you try to alter the default location of the installation? Welcome to the CityEngine installation guide—CityEngine | ArcGIS for Desktop and do you have sufficient permissions to install it inthe first place?

Now have a problem with the Graphics Card on my PC!!!
did you run the software and hardware specs in the installation link??
