Hi,
I have the ArcGIS for Schools package (https://teachwithgis.co.uk/) and as part of that suite have access to Survey123 for students to use out on fieldwork to collect data.
An issue we have run into is when using a map on the survey to collect geospatial data. When we put the map in, students are unable to use it: the map is greyed out and says 'Press to set location', but when you go to click it nothing happens.
I did some digging and saw something about enabling location sharing in settings, is that something which is necessary for the map to work? In our organisation settings under Organisation Extensions - Location Sharing it sadly says "To enable location sharing, your organization must purchase ArcGIS Location Sharing licenses." which I take to mean that this isn't a feature included as standard in ArcGIS for Schools.
I just wanted to make sure I was right in my thinking therefore that in order to include maps on the Survey123 surveys we need to purchase additional licenses which aren't included in ArcGIS for Schools?
Thank you
