Required Ability to Set Properties of all sub layers in a group layer

Right now I cant set the properties (Ex: Turning popups on or off) at the group layer in ArcGIS Online. I have to go into each and every sublayer to turn it off. This feature would save me tons of time modifying hundreds of sublayers under a group.
