Hotel Desk Reserved by others, trigger email to employee desk is reserved for

I have Indoors configured with reservations using the Reservations layer. 
Office admins have the capability to reserve a hotel desk for others. 
Is there a configuration that sends the .ics file to the employee that the desk is reserved for?
It currently only allows the office admin to download the .ics file, then they have to forward it onto the employee.

Hello @MelissaSalich, some users have implemented this using Microsoft Power Automate and the ArcGIS connector. You can customize actions like automatically sending email or direct message based on reservations. I have included some links below.
