Electric Utility Network - Device Bank associated to Device

I need assistance on the development of our Electric Utility Network. I am working on expanding the completion of the entire network. I have all of our transformers, fuses, services, conductor, etc built and connected. 

Now, I am trying to add data to the Bank devices (Transformer Bank - Electric Assembly) and connect/link/associate to a transformer (Electric Device). Ultimately, a 3-phase transformer bank assembly would have 3 transformers associated to it. Same thing with a 3-phase fused cut-out disconnect bank - would have 3 cut-out fuses (different phase assignments) associated.

Having a difficult time finding documentation on how to use ArcGIS Pro tools to make these connections.

Also, would be help on how I connect Structure Junction (MV/LV Pole) to an Electric Line (MV/LV Conductor).

That is just one way of modeling a transformer. since you have chosen to model them using containment/associations you will use the modify associations tool to create those associations. When creating features by hand you should be using an editing template that includes all these features, along with their associations, so users don't need to perform these manual steps every time a feature is created.
