Reconcile window not fully opening in ArcGIS Pro 3.6.2

Hi!

I am using ArcGIS Pro 3.6.2 and was working on some edits for a layer and went to reconcile and post my edits, but when I click on the Reconcile button in the Versioning tab, the Reconcile window doesn't fully open. I tried closing and restarting Pro along with restarting my laptop and that didn't fix anything. I also tried clearing the cache which also didn't fix anything. I tried right clicking on the header of the Reconcile window and the only option it gives me is to move or close the window, no way to maximize the window. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

From the internals: In ArcGIS Pro 3.6.2, the most common reason the Reconcile dialog is cut off is Windows display scaling / DPI (especially 150%) or mixed‑DPI multi‑monitor setups.

Try these steps:

In Windows Settings > System > Display, set Scale to 100% (or 125%) on the monitor where Pro is open, then restart Pro.
If you use multiple monitors, make sure they’re set to the same Scale %, then restart Pro.
Workaround: in Advanced scaling settings, turn off “Let Windows try to fix apps so they’re not blurry.”
If it’s still cropped, set Pro’s DPI override: right‑click ArcGISPro.exe > Properties > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings > check Override high DPI scaling behavior and test System (Enhanced) (restart Pro after each change).

One thing to try is a Perform an ArcGIS pro Soft Reset - this might fix the Reconcile window issue.

Robert_LeClair Unfortunately the soft reset did not work. My tech support is planning on reaching out to ESRI at this point to see if we can get the issue fixed.

Hello @Bec , if the Versions etc are all OK but the Reconcile form is not available, you could try using Python to Reconcile your Versions instead. The Python tab here gives a reasonably straightforward example.

@Robert_LeClair Option number 1 in your last reply was the fix! I had to play around with the scale to find a scale that would work for my eyes and still allow me to see the full Reconcile window. I'm guessing the scaling got messed up when I worked remotely one day on a smaller monitor than what I work on in the office. Something to keep in mind for the future. Thanks for the help!

@ChrisUnderwood Thanks for the Python example. I was able to rec and post yesterday by using the Reconcile Versions tool instead of trying to go through the Versioning tab. Appreciate the help!
