Survey123 Service Name on Requests Received Element

ArcGIS Services created by Survey123, in my case Connect, are automatically named.  Is there any way to include additional information or an alternative name so request counts for these types of services are more meaningful?  

I have a relatively new ArcGIS Monitor 25.0 installation.  This question applies to all elements where an ArcGIS service name is displayed in an element.  For me it's a Requests Received element split by Component Name for our Production Environment.  See the attached example.

I believe you can rename the registered feature service component in ArcGIS Monitor.  

When you select the hosted feature service under the Monitoring tab > Settings subtab > can you select Edit for the Component Details section? I think you should be able to rename the hosted/survey feature service component.

In this way, the component name will be more meaningful when configuring elements in analysis views.
