ArcGIS Monitor 2025.1 still sending out notifications for metrics where alerts are disabled. Any ideas why?
Chris, I had a similar confusion when starting out with AGM.
Is there a chance you modified the metric DEFAULT and didn't apply it to the agent/s? It's a memory item to apply metric changes to the agent/s and I hope they add a feature for AGM to prompt for that automatically in the future.
I modified the default metric and applied to all. Then confirmed that they were off, yet alerts still sent out.

Then please check that the subscribed event that the notification is set to trigger on, is set correctly.If everything seems configured correctly and you are still seeing notifications, even though alerting is disabled - please contact Esri Tech Support so they can investigate and see if this behavior can be reproduced.
