Pop-Ups

Question

Pop-ups do not load when viewing EXB and selecting a parcel. I have rebuilt spatial indexes, field indexes, optimized layer drawing, and created a view layer for each layer. No luck. Spoke with Esri support last week and was told there's a 429 error from another dashboard that is constantly used. Anyone have any insight to this? That dashboard needs to remain constantly in motion. TIA

Having exact same problem when using Search Widget to select Parcels, no pop-up and the layer just disappears. Once i exit out of the search box the Parcel layer comes back. It's very strange.
