ArcGIS.ArcGISError error 1

Hi.  I've just had two field workers from two completely different AGOL portals (in 2 different countries actually) who were unable to sync their data for the week with this error: ArcGIS.ArcGISError error 1

I've never seen this one before so i'm just putting it out there to see if anyone else had gotten the same error so we can get to the bottom of it. 

The only similarities between the projects is that they were both adding related records all week to point features and they were both using iOS devices (with the latest version)

If anyone else has seen this error lately let me know.

Hi @Scott_Sambell 

That's the same error I got late last week that prevented me from synchronizing my offline map areas. It turns out that I wasn't logged in even though I was logged in. I made a post and updated it with a solution here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-field-maps-questions/i-can-t-sync-any-arcgis-field-maps-offline-areas/m-p/1685000#M12331

I don't know for sure that that's what your issue is, but if it is, I resolved it by logging out and logging back in. The application showed me as logged in just like normal, but apparently I wasn't. I had several dozen pending edits in an offline map area, and those edits were preserved. I was able to sync them with no problems after logging out and back in.
