New release of PyPRT 1.12 with support for ArcGIS CityEngine 2025.1

PyPRT 1.12 has been released! Please find information about what PyPRT is here.

The PyPRT packages are available on PyPI (https://pypi.org/project/pyprt) and on Anaconda Cloud (https://anaconda.org/esri/pyprt). Please see the README for installation instructions and example scripts.

Main changes compared to 1.11 (see changelog for all changes):

Added support for Rule Packages (RPK) created with ArcGIS CityEngine 2025.1.
Added support for Python 3.13, including pre-built wheels and conda packages.
