WMS service fails to display in ArcGIS Online\Experience Builder only

Hello,

I need to publish a WMS service within an Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online.

The link to the service is this:

https://www502.regione.toscana.it/ows2/com.rt.wms.RTmap/wms?map=owsbenicult&map_resolution=91&

The service is provided by the Territorial Information System of the Region of Tuscany, in EPSG:4326 (WGS 84) (I had to load it onto ArcGIS PRO to verify the reference system).

The service can be viewed without any problems within WebMap,

but it is not displayed in Experience Builder, where it does not even appear as a layer.

I have tested other apps and the WMS service is displayed without any problems in:

-Dashboard

-Instant App

-Web App Builder

So this seems to be a specific problem with Experience Builder.

Any suggestions?

Same thing here. I'm in the process of creating new apps with Experience Builder to replace our viewers built with web app builder. It's not displaying the items hosted in our Geoserver. It displays just fine on the web app builder viewer.

Same here! I use this WMS link provided by our national GIS service : https://geoegl.msp.gouv.qc.ca/ws/mffpecofor.fcgi? and it stopped working in my experience builder. It was fine 2 month ago. The layers are visible in the map viewer and I checked the layer in the List widget configuration yet...still can't see the layer in my Layer List.
