create viewing constraints for panning in EXB like you can do in Instant App

The ability to create a viewing constraint that doesn't allow panning outside of a rectangle view. I know you can create zoom restrictions but also need to set an restriction on panning outside of that zoom restriction.

If this feature were developed, I would like to be able to modify the viewing constraint when the application is launched (via a URL parameter for example). In my case, this would allow the application to be customized according to the user's group.
