I have Indoors setup in Enterprise 11.5I have added reservation managers to my Workspace Areas, however we are not seeing the toggle to reserve a workspace for another occupant when booking in the Indoor Viewer. The unit is assigned to the Workspace Area. Is this a configurable setting? After working with Esri tech support the solution was found to be in the Indoor Viewer web map - Units must be the Feature Layer, not the map image layer. Occupants must be renamed to People.
Yes, it’s configurable.
The “Reserve for Someone Else” option only appears if the user is explicitly assigned as a Reservation Manager for that specific Workspace Area and the Workspace Area is marked as reservable. Just assigning units or general roles isn’t enough. After updating managers, make sure the changes are saved/published and refresh the Indoors Viewer.

I am working with Esri Technical Support, I have all settings configured as documented but I am still not seeing the Reserve for Others option. I will update when we find the solution.
