How I Can Run Local Image Service (offline)

Hello,

I'm using arcgisruntime .net sdk and local server.

I want to add my raster layer to a basemap and nothing works for me.

I want to know how I can run image service instead of map service because it works when i try online raster layer from Image Service.

Is there a reason you're not using the much faster RasterLayer instead of relying on local server?

At this point really only geoprocessing requires local server, and runtime provides out of box functionality for most other scenarios.
