Chart symbology questions

Question

Hey,

1) can chart symbology be optimized to be drawn more efficiently? In Pro it works just fine, after publishing to the ArcGIS Enterprise it takes some time for initial load. It is regardless of the charts needed to be drawn.

2)  Can chart symbology be offeseted somehow? Currently it is drawn on top of a feature. I am unable to find any options to place it differently.

For the second question, you can apply a move effect to each symbol, but that won't change the leader line's location.
