Has anyone had their Site ID change recently? Sometime in early December 2018 my site id changed from a 4 digit to a 5 digit number. This disrupted several processes in which my site id was hardcoded in scripts.
For example: https://opendata.arcgis.com/api/sites/<SiteID>/datasets.json -failed
Is the Hub team planning on documenting the api? This is all i've see in terms of a doc: ArcGIS Open Data Developer API

We're not aware of anything that would cause your site ID to change. Could you please provide your URL so we can take a look?
