Print Using Custom Template

Question

I've been through the creation of a custom print template in Arcgis Pro, brought that into Arcgis Online, and can use it successfully in the Map Viewer.  But I cannot seem to access it using the Print widget in EB.

What do I need to do to make it available in EB - considering it works in Map Viewer?

I looked through the Ideas section of the forum and found this idea: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-online-ideas/custom-layout-templates-to-be-available-in-agol/idc-p/1683091 which you may want to add your voice to.

I thought this would be supported in the new update.  But I do not see it in ExB.

Is it still not supported?
