Updated symbology for web map in ArcGIS pro now feature info does not display in Experience Builder App

I have a web map that I configured in ArcGIS Online and built an app for using Experience Builder. I changed some symbology in the web map using ArcGIS Pro and after saving the web map in pro I no longer get feature info for my layers in the app, nothing shows in their table or pop ups. In Map Viewer I can view tables for my layers and they are as expected but pop ups don't show any info in them.

When saving the web map in pro I saw the warnings about item IDs and ensured the layer IDs were the same so I'm not sure why the tables broke. Any ideas how to fix this?

There are limitations and considerations when updating web maps via ArcGIS Pro. It looks like you may have encountered one, they mentioned popups can be dropped when the map is opened in Pro. Suggest reading through the below for your version of Pro:
