Floor level in turn-by-turn directions

I'm looking to add references to floor level in the step-by-step directions of my Route Analysis layer. I followed the Configure Directions guidance to create a new descriptor for the Feature Category network attribute that maps my path types to Esri's road classes. 

Floor Name (From), Floor Name (To), Level (From), and Level (To) are all mapped to the correct fields. 

The directions now reference the elevator with instructions to take it up or down but do not include the floor name. 

Are there additional settings or mapping I might be missing? My current configuration seems correct according to the bullets under the Auxiliary Properties section.

Update #2: I spoke with Esri support for help with this. Floor Name To/From needs to be populated for all interior and transitions AND pathways. I had only populated those attributes for transitions. Our Indoors Viewer does not contain floor plans and does not use a floor picker, so not all attributes required for floor-awareness were previously populated. 

Directions now reference level names when instructing the user to take the elevator or stairs up to a specific level.
