What Happened to Metadata and Resource in Metadata Catalog ArcGIS Pro post 3.0.2?

Upgraded from 3.0.2 to 3.3.4, and now the Metadata Pane in the Catalog for feature classes only displays the Overview.  Where did...everything go? Entity, Attributes, etc.

Note this is from Edit view (i.e. <right click> Edit Metadata)

Maybe the metadata style has reverted to the default Item Description style. Check the active Metadata style set at Project > Options> Application - Metadata. If it is set to Item Description metadata change it to the metadata style you were using before.
