ArcGIS Hub- Error when turning off new workspaces

Question

Hello,

We recently tried turning off the hub workspaces while troubleshooting a different Hub issue, and when turning off Hub Workspaces in the settings we just get an error message stating "Error saving edits" and it never actually turns it off:

When accessing the Hub administration

page, the workspaces splash screen UX is circular and when clicking 'Go to settings' the splash screen doesn't even go away. Here's a video of the workflow:

We've tried to reproduce what you are seeing, and so far we haven't been able to.

If you haven't already, refresh your browser cache or try in another browser. If this doesn't work, please reach out to Esri Support Services where they can dive deeper into this for you.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention ... and including errors from the console!

We'll look into this to see if we can reproduce the issue.
