Editing symbols

I periodically need to create maps in which I indicate the direction I was facing when I took a photograph, and sometimes 2-4 different photos are taken in different directions at the same location. So in ArcMap I had created symbols, as needed, for different combinations of directions, e.g.:

I've been able to figure out how to use my existing ArcMap-generated symbols in ArcGIS Pro, but now I need to make a few new ones. I am able to overlay these different existing symbols on top of one another, but I am unable to rotate or offset them; I'm getting this message: "Symbol has inconsistent geometry logic. Review the effects or marker placements." What can I do? I wouldn't mind trying to create them from scratch, but some of the original arrow symbols I used to make these don't seem to be available in ArcGIS Pro.

It might be too much effort for your application, but you could look into creating a dictionary style for your point symbology.

You could also make a style and import a set of images as picture markers.
