I have certain features that don't print. What I've noticed is the layers that won't print are the layers shared with Groups and not Everyone. Strangely, the labels of these layers still appear in the Print output and the symbology shows in the Legend of the map output. Since is all internally processed in our server, why is this happening? Is there some permission I need to enable to allow the print service to "access" these layers?
Even though our Portal isn't public I can't just make all the data shared with Everyone since some is restricted to certain departments.
