Connect Survey 123 layer and Workforce

Question

I have a Survey 123 layer that works as a platform for the public to submit leak reports. That survey layer feeds directly into my Workforce project for water maintenance so that we can create assignments off of it. Is there a way that I can make the survey points go away once the corresponding assignment has been completed? Right now, our dispatcher has to go into a separate map and delete the survey from there. It would be nice if once the assignment status is set to complete, the survey point would also be updated to show that it was completed.

Yes, I would like to do it through webhooks. I tried to do something using Make (Integromat) but couldn't quite figure it out. Any advice on getting it done through Make?

This could also be accomplished through webhooks if you were wanting to set that sort of thing up.

The best workaround for this would be to add a field to the survey that you can use as a symbology filter. Then just have a script run throughout the day that populates the field with a value if it's associated workforce assignment is marked as completed.
