This project is in a completely offline site. I published a layer and it adds normally to a new map. I am also using a custom basemap since we are offline. The webmap fails to save giving an error "unable to save...." or "unable to add layer..." while the layer is already added. Then suddenly it is resolved on its own. This problem keeps creeping from time to time.
This does not happen with Map Viewer Classic. What am I doing that the new map viewer doesn't like but old one likes?
