GeoEnrichment API setup

Hi. I'm trying to set up the GeoEnrichment API but it's not appearing as an option when I create an API key - so I can't test the service. Is this discontinued? Or blocked to my organization for some reason? Any help would be appreciated - I figured this would be dead simple but now very confused how to get the right services set up in my organization.

The issue here is the GeoEnrichement service, as well as a few others like some routing and spatial analysis, currently do not offer any free tier, so you will be required to add a payment method to your account in order to unlock those privileges.
