Assemble adjacent parcels together based on size

I'm trying to find potential parcels that can accommodate a facility site. The parcels need to be a certain size (e.g. 10 acres) for the facility. However, we have the option to assemble adjacent parcels together for the facility site. Is there a process within ArcGIS Pro that can identify groups of parcels that can be assembled to reach the needed size?
