Global DSM service

I am looking for a world wide DSM in the same spirit of the "Terrain" layer from living Atlas:

https://elevation.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/WorldElevation/Terrain/ImageServer

cf. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/analytics/analytics/introducing-esris-world-elevation-services/

with "Surface" elevation (aka: "A gridded raster representing the highest visible surface, including vegetation and human-made features, at every pixel. ") (cf. https://support.esri.com/en-us/gis-dictionary/digital-surface-model)

Does it exist in the living atlas ?
