Hi @DanTeleki3,The French Language pack for Drone2Map 2024.2 can be found on My Esri once released. The translation process takes awhile for our internationalization team to complete. This means it typically comes out later than the main release. In the case of 2024.2 it will be coming out tomorrow with our next patch, so expect to see it on My Esri soon.
To find it once released, navigate to the same place where you find the download for Drone2Map, if you scroll down a bit further and there will be a Language Packs section.
Regards,
Mark
Hi, does anyone know where I might be able to find language packs for Drone2Map 2024.2? I'm searching for the French language pack. The 2024.1 French Language pack does not work with this version of D2M.
Hi @RockRunEnterprises,
I think at this point I will need to get a look at the imagery to fully understand what might be happening. Are you able to share a set of the images to review? I can setup a shared folder if so, feel free to also include the reports from your processing. You can email me here: mbarker@esri.comThank you,Mark
@MarkBarker1
I just reprocessed using the original set of imagery used in 2024.1.1 with the exact same settings in 2024.2 and got the shift. Processed new imagery sets with the original settings from 2024.1.1 and still get the shift.
All imagery is always nadirEverything is RTKNo transformations
The fact that using the original imagery sets gives me the shift is what I can't figure out.I process over 60 flights a month, I need to get this right.Comparing same exact image set processed in 2024.1.1 with 2024.2 with construction survey CAD file as reference.
2024.1.1
2024.2
I can email the reports if you want.
Hi @RockRunEnterprises,The true ortho processing should be the same between the versions, so it is odd you are seeing a shift. I have a few questions for you:-Was the flight you are sharing images from all nadir? Or did you have the camera at an oblique angle? -Is this RTK or PPK data?-Are there any transformations in use?-Can you share the processing report from both projects (2024.1.x and 2024.2)?Thank you,Mark
In version 2024.2, I'm finding my orthos to be negatively impacted in comparison to 2024.1.x
There is a geographic shift from previously processed missions. So far to troubleshoot, I've downgraded/reverted several versions of firmware on the drone to eliminate possibilities.
I've tried changing initial projections and project projections to no avail. I'm left to believe that the problem lies within the new update.
Comparisons, no settings changed in workflow:
2024.1.x
There is an almost 4' shift I'm seeing here.
