Performance issues in FeatureLayer with v4 comparing to v3

Hello,

I have performance issues with the v4 API (v.4.30.10), my FeatureLayer are always querying my AGS while in V3 they queried it once for loading and it was faster.

Now the loading and then the panning, zooming... takes much more time

I have found this bug, it seems related: https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/arcgis-api-for-javascript-4x-is-rendering-slower-and-la-bug-000110153
But I don't really understand how to fix it.

Do you have any ideas?
