Export Raster (to JPG) — Limit compression quality to 0-100%

The Compression Quality parameter can be set to a value above 100%, such as 116%.

The tooltip says the values can only be from 0 to 100. But that contradicts the actual values available in the parameter.

Idea: Limit the Compression Quality values to 0-100%, disallowing values above 100.
