#ArcGIS pro The Upgrade patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service

Gooday everyone .. Please I need help on the accurate steps to solve this on my pc . I tried updating my ArcGIS pro as a result of crashing whenever I work on Colour Symbology..  Now I am unable to reinstall ArcGIS because of this notification pupping up.

If you need to reinstall a new ArcPro on your machine it cannot be a patch (3.2.1) in needs to be the fuller version (3.2)
