Can't edit the Scale Bar tool in web app

Hello.

I want to configure the scale bar in my web app (ArcGIS Experience Builder) to be shown as attached image scalebar 2.

The scale bar is not available as a widget but you can enable it as a tool from the Map item (see image scalebar1) and you see it in the web app as attached image scalebar 3.

The help from AGOL (https://doc.arcgis.com/en/web-appbuilder/latest/create-apps/widget-scalebar.htm) says that you can edit. I don't know if it's the way that I'm trying to create my web app (ArcGIS Experience Builder vs ArcGIS Web App Builder).

Help anyone?
