Adding Living Atlas layer via URL to Enterprise

Since the Living Atlas collection in Enterprise is limited, has anyone had success adding a Living Atlas layer via 'New Item' using the service URL of the Living Atlas layer to their Enterprise Portal?

Yes. I have done this even with AGOL living atlas layers.
