Field Mapper Not Working

GeoEvent Server v11.3

Has anyone had the Field Mapper refuse to remap any fields?  Like it is completely ignoring that you have a Field Mapper in line?  The output fields after the Field Mapper are the same fields as before the FM.

Any thoughts?
I have:

• deleted the original field mapper and replaced.
• deleted the entire GEService and built again.
• restarted GeoEvent Services on the server.

This has resolved itself.  I am not sure if it is a bug, but no matter what I tried, the field mapper would not produce any results.
I came back to try it a few hours later and it just worked.
