Since 2019, all documents produced any California state agency have to be ADA compliant. It seems that the print widget in JS Map SDK does not export to pdfs that are ADA compliant.
Any plans to address the issue?

Any recommendations of how to fix the issues that are found from an ADA compliance analyzer?
Why do you not create your own templates for the widget that are ADA compliant? Or create your own custom widget? Seems like that is unique to your state agency and you have the ability to create your own.
