Arcgis Pro Slpk layer elevation change

I want to change the elevation of the Arcgis Pro Slpk layer. But as you can see in the picture, the slpk layer remains in the air and does not allow me to change the elevation.
I am not sure if there is a solution for this.
Is it possible to change this feature in the slpk layer?

features setting does not allow me to change.

default Features Are At an ablolute height is available. does not allow me to change it cannot be selected

Have you tried changing the "Features Are" Setting to "On the Ground"?
